Hi athletes,

First off, we want to congratuate everyone for all of the hard work and effort they put in on a weekly basis.  People are getting stronger and more fit every week!  Keep up the good work!

As we continue to grow, we need to make a minor adjustment to our late arrival policy.  We feel this is necessary to maintain the quality of our instruction and the flow of our classes. We want you to know that  this isn’t meant to be punitive to anyone.  We know burpees may not be everyone’s #1 favorite movement, but it is a great, quick way to get the body warm and ready for physical activity.

If you are on the floor…

1-5 minutes late – 10 burpees & then join in with the class.
6-10 minutes late – 20 burpees & then join in with the class.
11-15 minutes late – 30 burpees & then join in with the class.
15+ minutes late – please wait for the start of the next class.
PS – On the floor means dressed & ready to go!

Traffic! Yuck.

We know that traffic is often times heavy, especially in the evenings.  And we know that things can come up, making you leave just 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do about that!  We promise we’re not trying to punish anyone with burpees. We want you in class, so just do what you can to be on time!!

Sign in early!!

Remember to sign in prior to class with Wodify on your smartphone!  That way if you are running late, we’ll still know to expect you.  If you have any questions on how to sign in from your phone, just ask & we’ll be happy to help you set it up!
