And just like that, it’s 2017!!!  Hope you all had a happy & safe New Year’s!  We’re definitely not sad to see 2016 go.  As with any year, there were many gainz, but there was a lot of loss in 2016 for our community and we’re just really ready for a fresh start!!  Who’s with us!?

What are your goals for 2017?  Write them down, make them public & let us help you achieve them!!!  Comment below with your goals or write them on the white board at the gym!  Talk to your coaches ASAP, we’re here to support you along the way!  Let’s resolve to have more fun, work harder, and make 2017 the best year yet!  It starts today, so here’s your look ahead…

Monday – We’re starting the year off with a bang – working to a heavy, technically sound 1 rep snatch!  You only have 15 minutes to work up to it, so work fast!  Your metcon today is 5 rounds of power snatch & pull-ups.

Tuesday – Time to work that booty with some Bulgarian Split Squats.  We’re super setting those with some ring push-ups for a little skill work.  Then we’ll finish off with some intervals of burpees (everyone’s favorite) and hollow rocks (hello core!).

Wednesday – Pick your favorite barbell because you will need it for this longer metcon!  We have 5 rounds of DL, hang power clean, front squat and shoulder to overhead to complete.  It will most definitely be grippy & quite possibly spicy!

Thursday – If you like interval training, today is your kind of day.  We’re working pistols, KBS and DU.

Friday – Shoulder press super set with t2b today!  Sets of 10 for the shoulder press, so keep the weight light.  For your metcon, we have some rowing and air squats.  A whole body workout today 😉

Saturday – You and a partner will be completing some pull-ups, HSPU & rowing today!  Grab your favorite fitness friend & come get your sweat on!!

Sunday Oly – Meet us at the bar for some clean & jerks, halting snatch pulls & Romanian deadlift today!
