Most of us have now completed 17.1!!!  This was the Saturday morning crew getting ready for the carnage fun ahead!  There’s still a few people yet to complete it and a few re-dos to be done, just remember – Open scores MUST be submitted at games.crossfit.com by 8pm Monday night each week!  So get your scores in to get approved ASAP!!

Just like last week, since we don’t know what 17.2 will throw at us, Friday’s WOD is to be determined.  As always, though, it’s looking like another fun week of training and gains at CrossFit Pineville!  Our Get Lean in 2017 Nutrition Challenge officially kicks off tomorrow!  It’s not too late to join, so contact Coach Michelle ASAP if you want to join the fun & gain some accountability as we head full speed ahead to warmer weather!

Here’s your look ahead…

Monday – It’s a double metcon kind of Monday…first, 3 rounds of doubles, strict pull-ups (or rx+ legless rope climbs!) and strict hspu with a minute rest between rounds.  Then, 5 sets of a 3 min AMRAP of air squats, sit-ups, push-ups & pull-ups.  Don’t worry, you get 1 minute of rest between each AMRAP & pick up where you left off!

Tuesday – Today we’ll start with some barbell cycling of clean and jerks.  Afterwards, 3 rounds of rowing, KB clean & jerks, box jump overs & kbs.  Each round is for time with a little rest, so go hard!

Wednesday – Back Squat day!  8 sets working at percentages today, so make sure you know your weights!  Your metcon is 3 rounds of DUs, hang squat cleans & front rack lunges (oh my!).

Thursday – Double metcon day…again!  Up first, 4 rounds of cals on the rower (or rx+ cals on the bike), some single arm dumbbell overhead squats & c2b pull-ups.  After some rest you’ll complete an 8 min AMRAP of hspu & t2b (if you have any lats left!).

Friday – TBD based on the release of 17.2.

Saturday – 17.2!
