Happy Easter!!!  Hope you all enjoyed your Easter Sunday, some time with family and maybe even a few pieces of Easter candy 😉 but remember…Easter’s over as of tomorrow, so throw the candy out!!  Haha, the calories are not worth it!

It’s looking like it’s going to be an awesome week ahead!  Here’s what’s on tap this week…

Monday – Deadlift day!  5 sets of 5 starting at 65%.  Afterwards, you have 5 sets of some running, 7 c2b, and 10 ohs.  You have 5 minutes to complete a round, so, run fast!

Tuesday – We’re cleaning today!  We’ll start at 60% and end around 90% of your 1rm clean.  Then, you have an alternating EMOM of rowing for cals & DU + thrusters!  Doesn’t sound like you’ll be getting a lot of rest with this EMOM!

Wednesday – All the snatches today!  Some muscle snatches and high hang snatches to start.  After the weightlifting, you have 8 rounds of dumbbell snatches, strict ring dips, and box jumps to complete in a 15 minute time cap!  Bring your lungs!

Thursday – Back squat day!  Increasing weight with decreasing reps and finishing off with a max effort set!  Then, a fun chipper today of rowing, pull-ups and ground to overhead.

Friday – Time to get gymnasty, working on our handstands today.  For your metcon you’ll complete 4 rounds of DU, wallballs, and deadlifts with a minute rest between rounds.

Saturday – 21 min Partner AMRAP today!!  Grab your partner & get your workout on!

Sunday Oly – We’ve had 2 weeks off from Oly with Becca, we’re ready to get back to lifting!!  See you at noon 🙂
