Better sore than sorry! We hope you all had a great weekend and are ready for an amazing week ahead. CFP is approaching our 4 year anniversary, so we’re planning a small little celebration! Stay tuned for more details 🙂
Sunday Oly was packed today & we loved it!! Just a reminder that we will not have Yoga for Athletes this week as our fearless instructor is out of town. We will have a regular CF class at 7pm in it’s place. Here’s what’s on tap this week…
Monday – Monday’s are for snatching! We’ll start off with some muscle snatches and then work 3 point snatches. Afterwards, a fun chipper awaits!
Tuesday – Back squat day! Another max effort set, this time at 87%! These max efforts sets get spicy for sure 😉 Then, our metcon is 3 sets of wallballs, c2b (rx+ ring muscle ups) & snatches!
Wednesday – We’re getting gymnasty and upside down today! Working our handstand progressions. Our metcon is 4 sets of 2 mins of work – deadlifts, double unders & burpees!
Thursday – Today we are cleaning from each position – high hang, followed by hang, followed by cleans from the floor. Then, a 10 min AMRAP of dumbbell snatches, t2b & pull-ups! Remember – no yoga at 7pm! Come get your WOD on instead!
Friday – Time to see if all our focusing on snatch has paid off…maxing out our snatch today! We’ll finish off with a few intervals of pull-ups, shoulder press & push-ups.
Saturday – Overhead squats, burpee box jumps & running are in store for you & your partner!! Should be a blast, as always!
Sunday Oly – time to perfect those lifts!
