Happy Mother’s Day to all the CrossFit Mom’s, Rise Mom’s, fit mom’s…just trying to be strong and fit in a workout in between all the other hats they wear!  Hope you were spoiled and celebrated for all that you do today!

We have another great week ahead.  More info to come on Memorial Day/Heroes Weekend and CFP’s 4 year anniversary, so stay tuned!  Here’s your look ahead…

Monday – Bring your A-game tomorrow, you have 2 sets of a fun little chipper with 6 minutes rests between rounds.  Your chipper is made up of a row, wallballs, kbs, sdhp, & burpees!

Tuesday – Back Squat day!  Continuing our max efforts sets, this week at 90%, the heaviest we’ll go!  Next week we’ll start trending down.  After squatting we have 3 4-minute AMRAPs of rowing, c2b and ground to overhead with some rest in between.

Wednesday – Gymnasty day, some handstand and accessory work.  Then, 10 rounds of 8 bar facing burpees, t2b and thrusters.  Oh my!

Thursday – A fun little clean complex today, followed by a chipper of running, c2b and hand release push-ups!

Friday – Push press superset with some dumbbell walking lunges.  Then slamballs, russian twists, du, russian twists and slamballs!

Saturday – A fun partner WOD awaits!!  Grab a partner & get to the gym!

Sunday Oly – Come work on those lifts with us!
