Well happy Sunday! Isn’t that the truth!! Who’s ready for a new week? A fresh start, new chances to work towards your goals & make those goals a reality! Thanks to all who came out Saturday to help celebrate & remember Amanda! We had an awesome turnout and I know she was shining down on us 🙂
It’s almost August & we have a lot of exciting things coming up this fall! So stay tuned for more info! Here’s your look ahead…
Monday – Front squat day! Working through percentages up to some heavy singles. Afterwards, 2 sets of rowing, overhead squats, burpee box jump overs & thrusters!
Tuesday – Working some strict pull-ups today! Then, 12 alternating sets of rowing & push-ups and c2b (rx+ bar MU) & ground to overhead.
Wednesday – Hang snatch + snatch to start. Then choose your dumbbell wisely, you have 5 sets of dumbbell snatch and dumbbell overhead walking lunges!
Thursday – Starting with an alternating EMOM of rowing, dumbbell burpee box step overs, DU & t2b. Then, doing the same, but faster & for time!
Friday – Our metcon is first today! 3 rounds of deadlifts, power cleans, power snatches, t2b, pull-ups and burpees! Then we’ll floor press.
Saturday – As always, a fun partner WOD awaits! Grab a friend & come get your sweat on!
