Just remember, you can think and plan and think and revitalize your plan and think till you’re blue in the face!  But until you actually get started and do something, that end result you’ve been thinking and planning and dreaming about will never be a reality.  You can always change your plan as you go, but sometimes you need to take advice from Nike, and just do it!

We’re already in the month of August!!!  Can you believe it?!  Fall and football are almost here and before you know it, we will have blinked and it will be the holidays.  Ahhh…so how are those 2017 goals coming along!?  Remember, Coach Warren & Coach Cory are offering some awesome 1-on-1 or small group training to hone in on those skills you may be struggling with.  Don’t wait til 2018.  Talk to you coaches now & let’s get you where you want to go!

Here’s your look ahead for the week…

Monday – Who’s ready to metcon their hearts out?  We have a longer metcon to start the week with lots of barbell & bodyweight movements!  Hooray!

Tuesday – Getting upside down with our handstand progressions.  Some holds, pike push-ups and handstand push-up negatives, oh my!  After, you have 15 minutes of DU, wallballs & abmats!

Wednesday – We’ll start with a fun alt EMOM of rowing, DU + c2b, and burpees + hang squat snatch with a minute of rest each round.  Then after, we’ll do it all faster, for time 😉

Thursday – Push press today, 5 sets of 5 all at the same weight.  Then a couplet of deadlifts and t2b, hold on to your grip!

Friday – Working some snatch percentages today with an E2MOM for 10 sets!  For our metcon, we have 5 rounds of c2b (or rx+ bar mu), HR push-ups (or rx+ strict hspu) and dumbbell overhead walking lunges.

Saturday – All the cardio for our partner WOD!  Running, burpees, kbs, & DU today, fun fun!

Wednesday – Glycolytic – 20/10
