And this is precisely why we don’t run out of protein powder!!  Ever!  Haha…all about them gains!  Anyways, it’s shaping up to be another hot week here in the Carolinas.  Anyone surprised?  Drink your h2o friends and show up to workout anyways 🙂

Here’s what’s in store this week…

Monday – A little snatch work today with a climbing 10 min EMOM!  Then, good ol Jackie.  Good times for all!

Tuesday – Just a fun running + burpees metcon to begin the day.  Afterwards, some deadlifts and Bulgarian split squats!!  You’ll surely have buns of steel after today 😉

Wednesday – Hump day begins with a few row for calorie repeats – 4 in fact.  Then some midline conditioning with evil wheels, glute/ham raises (assisted!) & weighted abmat situps.

Thursday – Back squat day!  But it will probably feel more like cardio since it’s a 3×10!  Hope you’re feeling springy…you’ll need a rope, box & a wallball for 4 rounds of this metcon!

Friday – We’ll start off with some sumo deadlifts, 5 sets of 2 reps, increasing weight each set!  Then your metcon isn’t for time today…just to be completed!  Some farmer’s carries, walking lunges & planks await.

Saturday – Clean & jerks, running, box jumps, running, and burpees…in that order!  Grab a friend & get it done!!

Sunday Oly – Some clean & jerk percentage work today paired with some overhead squats!
