Thanks to all who came out for our first info session on our Fall 4 Fitness Nutrition Challenge starting NEXT TUESDAY!!! We will have our 2nd info session this Tuesday night at 8pm. Come hear all about the challenge & how to take your fitness and overall wellness to the next level by addressing your nutrition. Buy-in or product purchases need to be made this week!! Pre-testing of metrics need to be completed by Monday, 9/5!
Here’s what’s coming up in the week ahead…
Monday – We have a fun metcon to start the week, a couplet of floor press and box jumps! Afterwards, some accessory work – barbell curls for the girls (and guys) 😉 and barbell skull crushers.
Tuesday – We metcon first again today, you’ll need a barbell and a pull-up bar. We’ll finish up with some core work and ground conditioning to work on that midline!
Wednesday – Deadlift day…you have 6 sets to work up to a heavy double. Then a little more deadlifting in the WOD! You have 3 rounds of 60 DU, a 200m run & 15 deadlifts. Talk about spicy!
Thursday – Grab the wrist wraps for our 3-3-3 press series. 20 seems to be the number of the day for 2 rounds of thrusters, pull-ups, wallballs, & cal row. Pace this one out!
Friday – Some power clean conditioning today…sets of 8! Make these touch and go if you can! Keep your barbell out for a short 8 min AMRAP of power snatch & t2b.
Saturday – As always, partner WOD fun!! Grab a friend & come on out!
Sunday Oly – A little bit of everything today…3 point snatch, push jerk triples and clean grip lift off.
