Handstand Jenga was a blast today in Gymnasty class with Coach Anna! Everyone is making tons of progress since starting. If you haven’t been to a class yet, come try it out soon! Every Sunday at 1pm right after Oly.
Next week is Spirit Week!!! Get to planning your outfits & costume for next Saturday. There just may be a prize for best costume! This week is looking like a great one! We can’t wait to see you at the box!
Here’s your look ahead…
Monday – We begin our week with shoulder pressing, 5×5 climbing in weight. Your metcon is a 12 minute AMRAP of strict HSPU, ring dips & t2b! All the shoulder work today!
Tuesday – Today we back squat! 5×3 around 85%, might be a little heavy! You have 4 sets of a 250m row and squat cleans in your metcon today. Hope your legs are ready!
Wednesday – Power Cleans today, 2 reps every 75 seconds, climbing in weight. Afterwards, you have 3 rounds of DU, KBS & box jumps!
Thursday – Something a little different today…KB Bulgarian split squats today, superset with wall walks. You metcon is a dreaded couplet of…wait for it…thrusters & burpees!! YIKES!
Friday – Floor presses superset with HR push-ups could get real spicy! Then you have a few rounds of rowing, wallballs & pull-ups to complete.
Saturday – Another fun partner WOD awaits!! Grab a friend & head on out for 830 or 930!
Sunday Oly – 3 point clean & jerks, split jerks and romanian deadlifts! Good stuff!
