We’re on week 4 of our 9 week long mesocycle! Here’s what’s coming up this week…
Monday – Get ready for some push & pull during our Gymnastic skill work today. Push-up & Inverted Ring Row supersets (maybe even weighted!) are always fun! Finish off with a nice 10 min AMRAP.
Tuesday – Front Squat Day! Performance will perform working sets between 75-90%, increasing throughout. It’s a longer metcon day with 2 back to back WODs. Have no fear, there is some rest time built in!
Wednesday – Our weightlifting session will involve a Hang PC + Push Press EMOM. You’ll be increasing you weight throughout, based on your push press. A few rowing intervals should finish you off 😉
Thursday – A decent amount of bar work is in store between strict pull-up work during skill work & TTB in the WOD. You’ll want to work on your shoulders & shins/calves/ankles after you pace out this 25 min AMRAP.
Friday – Another fun Oly EMOM is in store! Hang Power Snatch for fitness or some Hang Snatch for performance, starting around 55-60% of your 1 RM Snatch. Today’s WOD is mostly bodyweight & core!
Saturday – Bring your favorite Parter for another fun Parter WOD!! Free trial classes for anyone interested!
