When it comes to eating healthy, there are a few acronyms that help keep me on track!

Seriously, you’re not getting an award for how pretty or perfect your dinner (breakfast or lunch for that matter) is!  Keep it simple, make it easy on yourself.  Just eat some whole foods.  Nothing wrong with some chicken, broccoli & a potato.  I will never turn down scrambled (or fried) eggs, bacon & fruit.  Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

There is SO much CRAP (non)food out there, so be sure to steer clear as much as possible!  Don’t drink carbonated drinks & avoid chemicals (another thing the “c” can stand for), say no to refined sugar, avoid all artificial sweeteners, colors & flavors, and skip the processed foods.  Instead, eat more real foods (I add an s) – fruits & veggies, organic lean protein, omega 3 fatty acids, drink water, & seeds & nuts.

Boom!  Remember these helpful acronyms & you’re good to go!
