Holy cow, it’s week 12 of our Free Travel WOD Friday Summer Series!!  We’ve got 2 weeks to go as we will soon bid summer farewell.  You can search our blog for all our travel WODs to get some great ideas for your next vacation!  This week brings you more running…the perfect way to get out & see whatever area you’re visiting! 😉

You could also do this week’s travel WOD at the track or in your hotel gym on a treadmill, whichever works for you depending on where you are.  Make sure your treadmill had a pause button, or things could get real awkward getting on & off the treadmill at the top of each minute!  Haha, safely first people!
