We’re back for our fun summer series – Free Travel WOD Friday!!  Summertime travel is NO excuse to let your workouts fall by the wayside.  So we’ve got you covered with free, little or no equipment workouts that you can do from anywhere!

This week’s travel WOD is EMOM style.  EMOM stands for every minute on the minute.  At the top of every minute, you’ll perform an exercise.  Once you complete the given number of reps of finish the movement, you’ll rest for the remainder of the minute and start the next exercise at the top of the next minute.

EMOM’s are a great way to incorporate several different types of movement – dynamic or plyometric movements to get that heart pumping, as well as static movements to build stability and strength.
