Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Sets for Max Reps of Dips

In 1 min complete 10 (Rx+ 15) burpees and then ME Stationary Dips (Rx+ Ring Dips) in remaining time

*Rest 1 min b/t sets

*Scale burpee number in order to get some dips in
