Station 1: 75 DU

Station 2: 15 Box Jumps (30/24)

Station 3: 30 Alt DB Hang Clean and Jerks 50/35)

Station 4: 20 SA DB OH Lunges (50/35) (10 each leg)
Your goal should be to finish the workout without falling short in any interval.

Adjust reps so the first time through you can finish the reps relatively comfortably.

The final round should be a push.
