Station 2.) Alt Movment by ROUND (Not Interval).Rd 1, BOTH intervals are MB Rev Lunge To Horizontal Press, Round 2 BOTH intervals are High Knees. Etc… If You Cannot Do High Knees The Entire Interval, Do Them As Long As Possible And Then Scale To Jumping Jacks.
