So, we tried adding a Gymnasty class with the wonderful Coach Ana back in the fall on Sunday afternoons.  But that time slot just didn’t work well for us, coach or most of you athletes.  So we’re trying again!!!

We’ve re-collaborated with Anna to bring you an awesome, weekly gymnastics class!

Who: All CFP and RISE members.  Our gymnastics class is a perk of your membership with us.  All skill levels welcome!

What: Weekly Gymnastic Skill and Drill Class

When/Where: Every Wednesday from 7-8:00pm!  Class will start next Wednesday, February 15th.

Why/Focus:  Everyone (ok, most everyone) wants to get good at their gymnastic skills…ie pull-ups, chest to bar, bar muscle ups, ring muscle ups, handstands, handstand push-ups, handstand walks, etc.  But these skills take lots of skill and drill that we don’t always get to hone in on during our 1 hour CrossFit classes.  So we will dedicate 1 hour and rotate the focus weekly, giving you all the drills & progressions you could ever need and want to master all the above skills. ? The work you do weekly with Ana can often be drilled before of after class as well to continue your progressions.  We’re super excited!!

So, you ready to get gymnasty with us!?

 

*This is not taking the place of our 7pm CrossFit class on Wednesdays.  Our 7pm CF class will run alongside our gymnasty class.
