We’re 2 months into the year now…how are the new years goals going!? Remember, there’s not always 1 way to the top of the mountain. My favorite quote on our RISE wall is “Be stubborn about your goals but flexible about your methods”. If you’re feeling stuck, MOVE! Talk to your coaches about your goals…we’re here to support you! Fitness goals, nutrition goals, just let us know!
We’ve had a little taste of spring this week & the weather is warming up a bit finally! Summer bodies are made in the winter my friends 😉 Keep at it & those results will pay off!
We’re pumped for the next 4 weeks of the CrossFit Games Open!! Remember, we do the WODs Saturdays in class or anytime during Open Gym Friday-Monday. There may a Friday Night Lights coming up for 16.5, so stay tuned!
Don’t forget about Women’s WOD & Wine Night on the 18th!! Grab your ladies for some fun! And Battle of the Ages is coming right up!!! April 16th…we need lots of volunteers & judges so if you’re not planning to complete, you can sign up to volunteer here.
