Today’s recipe is another winner from SkinnyTaste and was recently shared by CFP member Lauren. These were a big hit with her kiddos and with only 3 ingredients (that you may already have on hand), they couldn’t be easier!
If you have a sweet tooth, are trying to be healthier this new year, or just want a fun new breakfast or snack option to switch it up, these cookies are a must try! Plus, you can easily make these gluten and/or dairy free by using GF oats and my fav Enjoy Life chocolate chips!
Now, if only my bananas would brown faster 😉
Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 c uncooked quick oats
- 1/4 c chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- Combine the mashed bananas and oats in a medium bowl.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Place mixture by the tablespoonful on the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!!
