It’s always good to have a premade, ready to go, protein option available!! This easy, crockpot buffalo chicken is just that! Make it over the weekend and store it in the fridge for a quick & healthy option!
Probably hundreds of ways you could eat this chicken, but a few ideas include: stuffed in celery, on top of sweet potatoes, in a lettuce or cabbage wrap, a top a bed of arugula, or in a coconut or wrap of choice.

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 Bag organic frozen, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c coconut aminos
- 1 bottle Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- optional: Sriracha to add on top if you want it even spicier
Directions
Add all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. Should fall apart and shred easily. Enjoy as desired. Store in fridge for a quick protein option!
