Ingredients
- 3 c chocolate chips
- 1 c full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
Directions
- Line an 8×8 inch dish with parchment paper.
- Over very low heat, melt chocolate and coconut milk together.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Transfer mixture to dish and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
- Remove from dish, cut, serve and share (if desired 😉 )!
