Christmas Season means lots of sweets!  This simple, 3-Ingredient Fudge from Elana’s Pantry is the perfect treat and will NOT disappoint!  Plus, if you use these chocolate chips, it’s gluten free, dairy free & paleo friendly.  Everyone is sure to love it!

Don’t take my word for it, grab these ingredients & get to no-baking for your next holiday party!  Enjoy!

3 Ingredient Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 c chocolate chips
  • 1 c full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)

Directions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch dish with parchment paper.
  2. Over very low heat, melt chocolate and coconut milk together.
  3. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Transfer mixture to dish and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
  5. Remove from dish, cut, serve and share (if desired 😉 )!
