Need a different cookie to take to your cookie swap this year?  Need a no guilt dessert to have on hand this holiday season?  Then look no further than the recipe above!  No guilt and no baking make these cookies the perfect go-to recipe!

I made a few adjustments when making them myself – I used skim milk because it’s what I had on hand.  I also used almond butter because it’s what I had on hand.  Since almond butter tends to be a little thicker than peanut butter, mine turned into more of a protein ball than cookie, but they still tasted great!  And I also used gluten free oats to keep the recipe gluten free.

If you don’t have the IsaLean Chocolate Mint protein powder, first of all, you’re missing out!  But you could easily substitute your favorite chocolate protein and if desired, used peppermint extract.  Start small with the peppermint extract & add more to taste.
