It’s too hot for cooking, so these no bake bars are the perfect summer treat!! I follow Clean Simple Eats on Instagram & she shared this yummy and easy recipe!  With very few ingredients, sweetened with honey and some added protein, these are a win, win, win!  Happy no-baking!

No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 c all natural peanut butter
  • 1 c raw honey
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 3 c rolled oats
  • 1 c dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix peanut butter, honey, protein powder, vanilla & salt together in a large bowl.
  2. Add oats and stir to combine.
  3. Press mixture into a 9×13 pan.
  4.  Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl (heat 30 seconds at a time and stir until completely melted).
  5. Drizzle on top with a frosting piping bag or baggie with tip cut off.
  6. Place in the freezer until chocolate is hardened.
  7. Cut & serve!
