It’s too hot for cooking, so these no bake bars are the perfect summer treat!! I follow Clean Simple Eats on Instagram & she shared this yummy and easy recipe! With very few ingredients, sweetened with honey and some added protein, these are a win, win, win! Happy no-baking!
Ingredients
- 2 c all natural peanut butter
- 1 c raw honey
- 2 servings vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- dash of salt
- 3 c rolled oats
- 1 c dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix peanut butter, honey, protein powder, vanilla & salt together in a large bowl.
- Add oats and stir to combine.
- Press mixture into a 9×13 pan.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl (heat 30 seconds at a time and stir until completely melted).
- Drizzle on top with a frosting piping bag or baggie with tip cut off.
- Place in the freezer until chocolate is hardened.
- Cut & serve!
