Overnight oats are quick & easy to make ahead of time and super easy to grab & go in the morning when you’re rushed to get out the door! You can start with this base recipe from Coach Amy listed below, but it can be tweaked to make numerous different delicious concoctions!! Try adding in almond butter, chia seeds, or flax meal. Top with different fruits, granola, a drizzle of honey…the possibilities are endless! Enjoy!
Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 c rolled oats (can use gluten free)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese or plain/vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- sprinkle of salt + cinnamon + pumpkin spice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into mason jar (or any container) & store in the fridge overnight.
- Top with fruit or other desired toppings in the morning.
Boom – easy peasy breakfast on the go!
