It is that time again…time for another Open Gym Challenge WOD! As you can tell by the picture above, there are wall balls (and we couldn’t agree with you more T-Rex)!
This month, in honor of the open starting in a couple weeks, we are taking it back old school and doing Open Workout 11.5. A 20 min AMRAP of 5 Power Cleans, 10 T2B and 15 Wall Balls.
