In case you forgot, we’ve been posting a monthly Open Gym Challenge WOD!  Ya know, for those days you make it in to open gym, but you’re just not sure what to do.  Or for Sundays after Oly when you need a fun metcon.  Or just those days you’re in need of an extra challenge!

Once you complete the month’s Open Gym Challenge WOD, log your results in Wodify, check-in on Facebook & share your results there, too!

January’s Open Gym Challenge WOD is…

The Bear Complex is 5 sets of 7 reps of PC + FS + PP + BS+ PP.  This graphic below explains it nicely 😉

It’s a complex remember, so the idea is not to put the bar down!  And moving weight that many times (35 reps per set!) is like cardio!!  How heavy can you go!?  We can’t wait to see!
