Regularly learn & play new sports.  What a concept!  We, as adults, often times forget to use our fitness.  At CFP, we firmly believe what we do in the gym should support what we do outside of the gym.

We get more fit so we can ENJOY LIFE!  Climb mountains, hike, ski (water or snow), snorkle, swim, paddle board, walk miles across Disney World, play & keep up with our kids/grandkids, bike, raft, get up & down off the floor (or toilet!) with ease as we age, play in general.

Put your fitness to use!  Participate in a 5K, 10K, triathlon, heck, maybe an Iron Man (if you’re Michelle Perno 😉 ), finish an adventure race, join a kickball, softball, soccer rec league.  Just a few weeks ago, a group participated in a trail run at the White Water Center!

In the rain & the mud!  But it was fun & a great way to build a little community & make new friends!  We also have a CFP/RISE group doing the Spartan Sprint at Carolina Adventure World in November.  Ask Rek or Marieta for more details & USE your fitness!

If you don’t use it, you lose it!  What will you do before the end of the year to use your fitness?  What new sport will you learn & play in 2016?
