Split Jerk (2 FS + 1 Split Jerk)

*Spend 15 minutes working to a heavy set

Metcon (Distance)

10 sets of hurdle – hurdle – box jump

*Increase box jump height as you go.

*Hurdle height should be around 12″ for first and 18″ for second.
