Work up to a heavy single in 7 sets.

Snatch (15 min EMOM)

Sets 1-5: Light weight

Sets 6-10: Medium/Light weight

Sets 11-15: Medium weight

*There should be no misses. Focus on consistency.

Snatch Grip Deadlift (5×1)

90% of 1RM snatch.
