3 count lift off to top of knee, then explode into hips and catch

Focus on bar path, getting bar into hips, bar moving vertically not forward.

5 min EMOM @70-75%

Power Clean + Push Press (Power Clean + Push Press + Split Jerk)

5-6 sets E2MOM climbing by feel.
