Don’t get me wrong, I have a major sweet tooth and I’m not trying to ruin Halloween for you…BUT
Don’t let the candy DERAIL your progress!! Have one or two of your very favorites, but don’t go overboard. After a week, get it out of your house!!! If it’s around you’re much more tempted to eat it. Or just be prepared to do lots of burpees 😉
