Everyone likes a challenge right!?  We’ve been working behind the scenes to revamp The Fuel Method’s 6 Week Kickstart Group Coaching program to kick off the new year with a fun Nutrition Challenge!  TFM coaches Cassie and Michelle are excited to announce The Kickstart Challenge!!  A 6 week macros + mindset nutrition challenge!

Ready to lose body fat and gain some muscle?  Want to feel awesome in your workouts and fuel your body for your goals?  Stop the yo-yoing and join us for 6 weeks as we teach you how to be consistent in your diet once and for all!

The CFP/RISE Kickstart Challenge will begin Monday, January 10th and end Sunday, February 20th.  We’ve got 2 tiers for those wanting to participate – so whether you’re a seasoned, macro veteran just looking for some accountability going into 2022 or someone brand new to macros, looking to finally figure out this diet thing, The Kickstart Challenge is for you!!

Those participating will submit their initial progress metrics including, 3 workouts to retest after the 6 weeks.  The more participation in the Facebook group, weekly checklist, etc, the more points you’ll receive.  And after 6 weeks, we’ll have 2 winners – an overall winner + a most improved winner!
