Station 3
Int 1: 2/2 Alt TGU (Quality)
Int 2: Dual KB Turkish Situp (speed)

Station 4
Int 1: 5-8 DBall Cleans (Quality)
Int 2: DBall Bear hug Hold (Max effort UB)
Int 1: at each station has a rep range goal, choose weight accordingly to make these tough

Int 2: use same weight as first and goal is AMRAP style, all out effort
