If you’ve hit a plateau or feel like you’ve stalled out a bit, it’s most likely not the programming and not how much you’re working out.  It’s your NUTRITION!!!  If nothing changes, NOTHING CHANGES!

Think on that for a second.  You’re doing all the right things…eating “clean”, working out X amount of days a week, but yet you still can’t lose those last few pounds, you just can’t seem to increase that weight lift to your goal weight, or you can’t make it through the day without your afternoon caffeine.
