So love this post from RPStrength on Instagram the other day! Mindset is EVERYTHING and can totally make or break you!! If you feel like you’re struggling with your eating habits and where you are, 1st – check your mindset.
Are you flexible? Is what you’re doing actually working & getting you to your goals?? If not, it might be time to switch it up!!
Are you exercising some restraint? You CAN have cake, just not all day 😉 You CAN eat your favorite foods, but in moderation. There is no magic pill!
Are you accepting? You know what nourishes your body and makes you feel best, so can you accept that it’s not cake? Can you eat more of the nourishing foods & less of the junk food?
Check your mindset, reevaluate what you’re doing, and make changes if needed! Let’s do it!
