Food guilt is real, am I right?!  What I’ve found in all my years of eating, CrossFitting, learning what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, etc…the biggest takeaway is consistency is key!

First, remember, foods aren’t good or bad!!  There is just food!  Read that again & recite it a few times 😉

Second, make nourishment the main goal!  The goal is to choose more nourishing foods over less nourishing foods.

And lastly, stay consistent!!  If nourishing your body is always the main goal, and you consistently choose foods that do that, having a donut here and there, your favorite fish tacos + a margarita, or whatever your “guilty pleasure” food is, you’re doing GREAT!!

One workout doesn’t make you fit & one missed workout won’t make you unfit.  Don’t use this as an excuse to eat all the brownies or cancel your gym membership!!

Just remember it’s all about balance & consistency!!  Give yourself some grace.  Choose to nourish your body and live your life!
