What We Offer

CFP Classes

At CFP, one of our main goals is to provide quality coaching to every member, each time they’re in the box. We strive to ensure that each member, whether they have been CrossFitting for 5 years or 5 weeks, receives coaching, feedback and instruction on a daily basis.

01. RISE Fitness

This interval based program is expertly designed to improve strength and conditioning for individuals of all fitness levels.

02. CrossFit Foundations

Those new to CrossFit start here! Our 3-series foundations classes will acclimate you to the barbell and prepare you for group classes.

03. CrossFit Group

Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity - always relative to each individual’s own fitness level.

04. CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.

05. Performance Lab

Our teen boys are able to work together to develop a variety of skills, proper lifting technique and form while increasing their body awareness and having fun.

06. Personal Training

For the athlete that desires a 1-on-1 training setting, wants to pursue certain training goals, or may have certain needs that require 1-on-1 programming.

07. Individual Program Design

For the committed athlete with specific training goals, wanting to compete or looking to make specific improvements.

08. Open Gym

Available to all our members and drop ins for extra accessory work, skill work, missed WODs, or individual program work.

09. Physical Therapy

Dr. Amy Bullock is bridging the gap between injury prevention or “training” around injuries for CFP and RISE athletes as well as the greater Charlotte area.
