Can we tell you how proud we are of @jake_r_nathan Can we tell you how proud we are of @jake_r_nathan! In his own words, in 2020, Jake was in the worst shape of his life. He decided that he was going to stop making excuses. Instead of starting tomorrow, he started that moment! Now, Jake is stronger than ever, his weight is dropping off and he is able to do things he never thought possible. And, this is only the beginning. Jake continues to frequent the gym 4-5x a week and works on his nutrition with Coach Michelle and the Level Up nutrition community. Jake prides himself in going to the gym when he doesn’t feel like it. He’s learned that there will always be some setbacks, but just keep moving forward.
