The individual difference — Have specific training goals? Want to compete? Looking to make specific improvements? Individual program design can take you there!


Individual program design is often the next step for many athletes looking to improve their performance and take it to the next level. Individual program design requires serious commitment from the athlete to follow the programming, track and provide regular and frequent feedback of results to your coach, and report your results.  Daily feedback from the athlete about work-outs and lifts, nutrition, and energy levels will also be discussed. Video analysis will be done as needed.

The Individual Program Design is coached by CrossFit Pineville owner and CrossFit L2 Trainer, Brandon Shuck, as well as FlyHigh Performance owner and CrossFit L2 Trainer, Cory McCleaf.  Each coach can offer a variety of expertise to their clients.
