Overview

The RISE Fitness program is expertly designed to improve strength and conditioning for individuals of all fitness levels. Our intervals are designed to build proficiency and efficiency throughout all movement patterns and intensities. 

We use kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX System, battle ropes, parallettes, plyo-boxes, CrossOver Symmetry, Air Assault and Echo Bikes, Rowers, Ski-Ergs, and more to achieve extraordinary strength and conditioning unmatched by any other program. By loading irregular movement patterns and challenging all energy systems we can improve all aspects of fitness and improve our overall general health.

RISE Stations

Every training session is split into four stations that are designed to elicit a powerful training response.  On average half of the workout will have a greater emphasis on “cardiovascular training” while the other half is more “strength-based”.

Rise Intervals

Class Structure

Prerequisites:
RISE is for any and all fitness levels. Movements can be scaled to be more challenging for the seasoned athlete or modified for a beginner.

01. Interval Training

Our RISE High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. These workouts mix aerobic and resistance training.

02.Strength Days

Our Strength Day workouts focus on strength and resistance training. We use bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and more to increase overall strength and conditioning.

03.Metcons

Metabolic conditioning combines cardiovascular training and strength training to take your overall fitness and health to a new level.
