You hired us as coaches to provide the support and programming needed to develop your strength and conditioning.

As your coach, we want you to hit your goals, to feel strong and confident in the skin you’re in, and to better your overall health and wellness. You work hard in the gym and play hard outside of the gym, demanding a lot of your body. You need the proper fuel to power your workouts and your lifestyle.

Coach Michelle is a wife, mom of 2, and entrepreneur, running Crossfit Pineville and RISE Fitness alongside her husband, Brandon.⁣

Michelle started working with The Fuel Method as a client, after feeling stuck in her weight loss postpartum, lack of strength gains, and not knowing where to go next.⁣

With guidance from TFM and Alex, Michelle found that elusive balance between food and life! She’s the healthiest and strongest she’s ever been 🏋🏻‍♂️ and now knows how to fuel her body for her goals!⁣ She’s ditched food rules, leaving behind her fear of carbs and all-or-nothing mindset on the weekends.

Michelle pursued her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certificate to help others learn the same life-changing strategies she has been able to implement so they can learn how to properly fuel themselves. As a busy mom of a 4-year-old 🧒🏼 and 7-year-old 👧🏼, running a business of her own, and committed to her own healthy lifestyle, she knows how hard it can be to prioritize your health and wellness. She’s ready to encourage you every step of the way!
