You joined CrossFit Pineville and RISE Fitness to Level Up your fitness! You hired us as coaches to provide the support and programming needed to develop your strength and conditioning. And as your coach, we want you to hit your goals, to feel strong and confident in the skin you’re in, and to better your overall health and wellness.

We offer 2 tiers for our add-on Nutrition Membership for athletes. Choose your path to get started, get 1-on-1 support from your coach, and join our M3 Monthly Maintenance Membership crew for continued accountability, support, and so much more!

Level Up is so much more than a nutrition plan or a 6 week crash diet. Coach Michelle will work closely with you throughout your time at CFP and RISE to not only learn how to nourish your body for your goals, but help you break through the mental blocks that have kept you from achieving them and repair your relationship with food that has held you back.

Thinking Tier 1 of M3 is best for you? Beginning August 1, join our beta group for our first month of Tier1/M3. This group will be exclusive to the first 8-10 athletes. These athletes will receive 10% off of Tier 1 and will help shape our M3 offerings.
