Start your Saturdays at CrossFit Pineville or RISE! It will set your tone for the day, help you make better eating decisions throughout your weekend, and set you up for success!
As always, we have 8:30 and 9:30 am classes! Grab a friend, bring them in for a fun partner WOD and get in a sweat session to kick off the weekend!! After all, the only bad workout is the one you didn’t do 😉
