We’re looking forward to a great Thanksgiving week at the gym!! We are closed Thanksgiving day, but we still have plenty of opportunities to get a sweat on! Here’s your look ahead…
Monday – Today we power clean! Building to a heavy 2 rep every 2 minutes for 10 sets. For your metcon, you have 4 rounds for time of a fun little barbell complex and a 200m run! Then, a little afterbash fun of some supine ring rows and hollow holds.
Tuesday – 3 point snatches today! 6 sets, building in weight. Afterwards, 7 is the magic number with a 7 min AMRAP of overhead squats, 7 box jumps and 7 t2b.
Wednesday – Getting gymnasty as we work on some handstand progressions! Then you have 4 5-min rounds of burpee t2b, 300m run and max effort chest to bar (or rx+ bar muscle ups). Hope your lungs, lats and legs are ready 😉
Thursday – Happy Thanksgiving!!! Wishing you a day of family, friends, love, laughter & good food!
Friday – Remember, we only have 9 & 11am CF classes & 10 & 1215 RISE classes today! Paused Front Squats, 4 sets of 6, may feel more like cardio! You’ll finish off a good turkey burn with a 10 min AMRAP of a row buy-in, then DU, wallballs & ring dips.
Saturday – Grab a friend or family member & bring them out for a fun partner WOD!!! We have station work of box jumps & pullups and burpees & sdhp. Should be a good time!
Sunday Oly – Today we have some hang snatch work, snatch grip lift off and then front squats! Woohoo!!
