Today I’m thankful for good health, being able bodied, & the ability to move & workout!
Stay motivated this month athletes!! The holidays are quickly approaching & there are only 8 1/2 weeks left in 2015! What will you do with that time!? Abandon your nutrition & fitness & chalk it up to “the holidays”? Or, take charge, make no excuses & keep making your health a priority? Only you can decide! But we’re here to help!
