Come throwdown with us next Saturday morning from 9 – lunchish 🙂 2 WODs, $5 to go towards the grill & a side to share!
Did you sign up at the box!? Even if not, you can just show up the morning of. It’s pretty informal, y’all! We just want to get our community together, workout, cheer each other on, practice our counting skills & get pumped for the Open!!
Rx, scaled, really scaled? It’s ok, we want you to participate!! Each WOD is totally scalable for any level! For event 1 – it’s going to get heavy, as heavy as you can go in 2 minutes for 2 different lifts! Then you finish off with some speed 😉 For event 2 – get your ax out & get ready to chip away at the WOD! You’ll need a few cardio machines as well as a spot on the rig & the wall!
