Seriously, y’all…I know you’ve felt this way!! But there is so much FREEDOM with flexible dieting & nutritional rebalancing!!! You don’t have to feel deprived. We’re 2 weeks into our Summer Shake Down & everyone is CRUSHING it!!! Stay tuned for some progress pictures this week. It will blow your socks off 😉
It’s going to be a great week at CFP, as always, lots of fun in store!
Monday – We begin with a little barbell conditioning – 21-15-9 of hang power cleans. Time to work on that barbell cycling! Then we have a few rowing & running repeats. Don’t skip out you cherry pickers!!!
Tuesday – Today we start off with a couplet – wallballs & abmat sit-ups. Afterwards, grab your favorite KB for some strict presses, bent over rows and front rack reverse lunge. Just a full body workout for your Tuesday 🙂
Wednesday – 5×3 back squat today! Then grab your rope for a fun chipper – burpees, DU, hang power snatch, DU, hang power snatch, DU, burpees. Good stuff!
Thursday – Time for another fun girl benchmark WOD – Helen! Afterwards, we’ll work up to a heavy 2 rep hang snatch.
Friday – We metcon first again today with a chipper of rowing, front squats, knee raises (or t2b), push jerks and pull-ups (or bar MU). Once you recover, we’ll work on some handstand push-up progressions with wall walks, shoulder taps & HSPU or pike push-ups. Working on those marble delts 😉
Saturday – Today you have a fun partner AMRAP of burpees, overhead squats & pull-ups! Share the work wisely, you’ll be working for 25 minutes!
Sunday Oly – More snatch work…you can never work on that snatch too much!!
