Here’s your look ahead…
Monday – Who’s ready to back squat! You have a 5×4 today. Your metcon is descending sets of DU and weight abmat situps. This just might roast your shoulders!
Tuesday – Some power snatch work today…staying rather light, around 65%, and hitting singles every 40 seconds for 12 rounds. Focus on speed and technique. Post lifting you have a 9 min AMRAP of T2B, HSPU and power cleans.
Wednesday – Just a few strict pull-ups for time today…50 to be exact. Then we’re working that conditioning with some unbroken thruster sets! Should be fun!
Thursday – Working our snatch pull today, 8 sets of 2 climbing in weight. You’ll finish with 3 rounds of burpees, box overs and reverse lunges…the magic number is 30!
Friday – Deadlifts and running make for a fun little couplet! 21-15-9 with a 400 after each round. After resting a bit we have some DU practice. Don’t neglect your ankles, shins & calves!
Saturday – As always, a fun parter WOD is in store! Grab a partner & get to 830 or 930!
Sunday Oly – Some snatch accessory work today with behind the neck snatch grip push press and Romanian Deadlifts.
